Service Description
We are delighted to be hosting a Level 2 Pet First Aid Course delivered by Paws Forward First Aid and Training, led by experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, Steph. This informative and interactive course is suitable for both pet owners and small animal business owners (such as dog groomers and boarders) who want to develop the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in a pet emergency. Through a combination of practical, hands-on learning and expert instruction, attendees will gain valuable first aid skills that can help them provide immediate assistance to an injured or unwell pet while seeking veterinary care. The course is designed to be engaging, accessible, and supportive, with small class sizes allowing plenty of opportunity for discussion and practical application. The course is suitable for dog walkers, pet sitters, groomers, trainers, pet rescue volunteers, and dedicated pet owners. On successful completion, delegates can achieve a Level 2 VTQ Pet First Aid qualification and will receive access to online course content and a student handbook.

Places are confirmed once payment has been received. Course places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received before attendance unless otherwise agreed. Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to complete the course. Certificates will only be issued where all course requirements have been met. Customer cancellation policy More than 14 days before the course: Full refund or transfer. 7–14 days: Transfer to another course where possible. Less than 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply. The course provider reserves the right to amend course dates, venues or tutors where necessary. Where a course is cancelled by us, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
